Every person has natural talents - things they find easy to do. Working with individuals, we use the Gallup CliftonStrengths (Strengthsfinder) tool to identify your natural talent areas. From this, you will explore the results in a guided one-on-one session to help understand your top five talents, how they show up in your current life, and how you can begin to intentionally leverage these to get the results you want from life.

3 core stages
“Name it” - identify and understand the nature of your natural strengths
“Claim it” - identify how you have been using these throughout your life and how you uniquely express your talents
“Aim it”- Create a plan and identify how you will intentionally use some of your strengths to help achieve the plan
Implement a common language and understanding which contributes to culture.
An action plan to use your strengths towards accomplishing a goal.

As a prerequisite to improving partnership or team culture

Individuals are sent a Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment. This takes approximately 45min of uninterrupted time to complete. Once done, individuals book in for a 90 min one-on-one session to explore the feedback

The best partnerships happen when you and someone who has Strengths that complement yours, join forces to focus on a single goal. There are many reasons for being in a partnership, from personal through to working relationships. A partnership session explores the strengths that each partner brings to the relationship, noticing the differences between them and using this deepen understanding to develop strategies towards achieving the common goal of the partnership.
*It is a prerequisite to this option that both parties have completed Essential Strengths

The partnership session is 90 minutes in length.
It is a prerequisite for a partnership course that both partners have completed an individual Top-5 Strengths assessment and Essential Strengths session.

$400 + GST for a partnership coaching session (does not include prerequisite individual Top-5 coaching)
Team Strengths sessions are fun, engaging and help team members to understand and appreciate each other more.
The exploration of strengths, using a common language and understanding can strengthen culture, deepen appreciation and improve communication.
Understanding both individual and corporate strengths that are brought to the team can highlight gaps, reinforce organisational structure and enable strategies for managing these.
*It is a prerequisite of this course that all participants have completed Essential Strengths

The team session is 3 hours in length.
It is a prerequisite for a team strengths session that all attendees have completed an individual Top-5 Strengths assessment and Essential Strengths.

The strengths coaching sessions are 90 minute sessions that can be done face to face or online. People seeking to understand and utilise their top five CliftonStrengths have the opportunity to explore each strength in depth enabling them to see where and how they currently use these strengths; and how they can begin to leverage them to get the life outcomes they want.

Sessions vary depending whether they are for individuals, partnerships or teams. Individual coaching is required before partnership and team sessions. All sessions cover three sections - understanding what the strengths are (name it), seeing how you currently use these strengths (claim it) and discussing how to intentionally use your strengths to help you achieve an agreed goal (aim it).

When you are working in your area of strength, you are more engaged, effective and productive, as well as enjoying your work more. When team members are assigned tasks and jobs that they are more naturally capable in, it helps a team to achieve faster and with less friction. The culture becomes one of focusing on what’s right with people as everyone leans into their strengths to create a greater whole.
