Sales Success Outcome Strategies is an online learning series presented in bite-sized applicable chunks. All foundational principles of sales are covered in the daily video with practical application challenges so that learning is consolidated. Optional live webinars provide opportunity to address any issues or additional questions. With supporting workbook, the course provides a training option for those needing to upskill and review skills in a sustained and regular way.

People doing the course will have more confidence and a clear understanding of sales and the process required to find clients and take them through the sales process to a close as well as how to manage ongoing customer accounts. The course offers a degree of flexibility to accommodate people who need to fit training around learning styles and varying time commitments.
